A Common Problem For Honda's - How I Repaired The Civic's Rusted Roof

Watch how I repair the roof rail rust damage on the civic. I went to the junkyard and cut out a section from the roof panel and welded it onto my civic which had lots of rust damaged in the front end near the top windshield area. I am very happy with how things turned out and the repair should last for years to come. I winged it honestly with the repair and luckily it turned out pretty nicely. Sorry, this video is so short but it was just a final update before I go ahead and hit the car with primer, which is Sunday, the day of this very post here. The car is almost completely sanded down, I just need to remove a molding from the door and the rear hatch, scuff it, wipe it, clean it, tack it and its ready. Stay tuned for the next episode in the next day or two and check out how primer turns out.
