The landmine is a versatile and simple piece of equipment. It's typically a 45 lb Olympic bar and a sleeve. You can train your entire body with just the landmine! Here's today's workout:

1). Thrusters (warm up)
2). Sumo deadlift
3). B-stance RDLs
4). Hack squats
5). Rows
6). Shoulder press
