Getting more out of a workout by increasing the range of motion:
Exercises mentioned:
1). Feet-elevated hip thrust
2). Deficit RDLs
3). Foot-elevated split squat
4). Heel-elevated hack squat
5). Toe-elevated good morning
6). Calf raise

These exercises can be done as straight sets, or combine 1&2, 3&4, 5&6 for a fat-burning superset workout!
