If you had unlimited money where would you end up buying your dream home? Well today I’m going to give you a possible idea. Today guys I’m going to show you inside of a nearly $16 million dollar mansion in Park City, Utah!

The nearly $16 million dollar mansion is located at 3853 rising star lane on nearly 17 acres of private mountain paradise. The home was listed for sale in April of 2020 for $15,750,000. So if you're a new found millionaire and are looking for your dream home this may just be the place. But just keep in mind outside of the staggering purchase price the new owner will be looking at roughly $178,000 per year in property taxes and roughly $68,000 per year in homeowner’s insurance. But I’d bet the person buying a nearly $16 million dollar home doesn’t worry too much about roughly a quarter million dollars a year of annual home expenses.

The home is a 6 bedroom and 9 bathroom with 12,063 square feet of living space breaking down to about $1,306 per square foot. As you make your way up the winding drive you have a three car garage off to the left with the L-shaped home wrapping to the right. Stepping in through the front doors brings you into the main foyer which offers the main stair in the home front and center. Taking the stairs down leads you into the main living space of the home.

Here you will find the home's main living room which features a massive stone fireplace that extends to the upper level of the home. Surrounded by large picture windows you get not only tons of natural light but views as far as the eye can see. Adjacent to the living room you have the home's dining room with the log cabin design of the home makes for a very unique space. Just something about all the exposed logs really makes you feel like you're in a cozy home, not a 12,000 square foot mansion.

Next door you will step into the kitchen of the home which offers beautiful natural wood cabinets with dark green stone countertops with top of the line appliances. This home was designed for entertaining and this space is the perfect place to do so.

Heading back inside and towards the staircase you will find a massive bunk room located on the main living level. Quickly taking the stairs down to the basement of the home you will find an additional entertainment space. There is a large room for a pool table and a fireplace and seating area perfect for relaxing. You will find an indoor hot tub with a stone facade located next door with a separate sauna. As well on this level you will find one more guest bedroom with views looking out towards the valley.

Heading back upstairs to the main entrance you will find a sitting area that overlooks the main living space. If you carry down the hall to the left of the front door you will find two guest bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms and the entrance into the 3 car garage. If you take the stairs up to the top floor of the home you will find two more guest bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms located along the hall running perpendicular to the driveway. At the very end of the hall take a left and you will enter into the master suite of the home which sits overtop of the garage.

Stepping inside you will find a home office space with a private fireplace. Around the corner you will find the master bedroom which offers a large open room with vaulted ceilings and massive picture window facing the forest. Around the corner in the master bath you will find separate vanities and a walk-in shower plus a large soaking tub. Overall this home offers just about everything you could possibly want in a dream home. But that just about wraps up our tour of this $15.5 million dollar Park City mansion!
