Do you ever wonder what kind of home you’d live in if you were a top YouTube Creator? Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of Emma Chamberlain’s $3.9 million dollar home!

Emma Chamberlain’s $3.9 million dollar home is located in Los Angeles County, California. For the safety and privacy of Emma as well as the rest of her friends and family we will not be releasing the address or town it is located in. We also encourage you to respect her privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time.

The $3.9 million dollar home is set on 0.15 acres of land with a cute backyard space. Being set on such a small lot of land in the heart of Los Angeles having any yard space at all is sure to be a luxury. The home was built in 2016 with an original listing price of $3,985,000. Emma picked up the new home in March of 2020 for a steal price of $3,900,000. This has already turned into a smart investment for Emma as the current appraised value of the home is about $4,080,000. Since Emma owns the home and does not lease the home she will be responsible for the roughly $47,000 per year in property taxes. As well we can expect her to fork over roughly $16,000 per year in homeowners insurance. So after the $3.9 million dollar price tag Emma will be responsible for roughly $63,000 per year in basic home ownership costs and that doesn’t even include utilities.

The home is a 4 bedroom and 5 bathroom with 4,075 square feet of living space breaking down to about $957 per square foot. Diving in through the front doors you are met with a beautiful open floor plan. Off to the left of the entrance way is our first bedroom with an on suite bathroom which doubles as an office space. Moving back past the staircase to the second floor you pass by the dining room to the right and the entrance to the one car garage. Stepping deeper into the home you enter into the main living area. Outfitted with a massive gas fireplace the acts as a focal point for the room. The wall to the backyard is lined with pocket sliding glass doors that when open create a seamless indoor outdoor experience.

Stepping into the backyard there is a decent sized pool that is built in a way where the water level is flush with the grass you walk on. It almost creates this edge less effect which makes it feel super luxurious. The backyard also comes with an awesome covered sitting area with another gas fireplace. I would enjoy taking a dive into the pool under the stars while enjoying the gas fireplace on a summer night.

Taking a step back inside you enter into the kitchen which hosts sleek gray cabinets and an accent wooden center island. The home has an extremely modern feel to it and that doesn’t stop here in the kitchen. My absolute favorite part about this kitchen space is the extremely unique backsplash behind the cabinets. The backslash has a continuous window to the side of the home that is tinted to give off this super cool look. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a backsplash in a home that is one continuous window to the outside.

Moving on upstairs is where you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom. Stepping into the master you are greeted with a large picture window facing the neighboring homes. The room comes with a small window area off to the side that is the perfect place for a desk to do some editing. Stepping into the master bathroom you have his and her sinks with a large soaking and plenty of room to maneuver around, probably a pretty good place to record some tiktoks with the large picture window to let in natural light. The master closet comes with plenty of storage for all of Emma’s clothes and a large skylight above to really make the room feel bigger.

The remaining two bedrooms on the second floor both come with their own on suite bathroom as you would expect in a nearly $4 million dollar home. And finally the bedroom facing the front side of the home comes with its own private balcony facing the street. Which I’m honestly surprised that this isn’t a feature in the master bedroom but instead in one of the guest bedrooms. But that pretty much wraps up our tour of Emma Chamberlain’s beautiful LA home.
