It’s no secret that a great way to grow on social media is to have a house with all of your creator friends. But do you ever wonder what that costs? Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of Daisy Keech’s new 22 million dollar clubhouse!

The $22 million dollar clubhouse is located in the highly sought after zip code of 90210 or as most people know it, Beverly Hills, California. For the safety and privacy of Daisy and all of the members of the clubhouse we will not be releasing the address of the home. We also encourage you to respect their privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time.

Daisy and the clubhouse leased the home in March of 2020 for roughly $50,000 per month. With a potential security deposit in the ballpark of $140,000 dollars! Now we know there is about 13 active members in the clubhouse as listed on their various social media platforms. And we aren’t 100 percent sure how the economics of the clubhouse work behind the scenes but seeing as how this isn’t just a team of people it’s more of a business we can assume that there may be some investors behind the scenes helping to fund the rent of the home and other expenses. But with that aside let’s take a dive into this $22 million dollar mansion!

The home is a 7 bedroom and 9 bathroom with roughly 12,000 square feet of living space breaking down to about $1,833 per square foot. The home is set on 0.97 acres of prestigious gated land in the heart of Beverly Hills. The home was built in 1924 and ultimately was restored and renovated in 2012 to the home you see today. Diving in through the front doors of the home you are met with the pinnacle of luxury. Off to the right of the entrance way is the main living area with full pocket sliding glass doors that lead you out to the gorgeous backyard. The backyard comes with an infinity pool and an outdoor kitchen with plenty of grass area for whatever activities you need. It truly is an entertainers backyard and I’m sure parties at this house would be insane, and we sure do know social media influencers like the through a good party.

Coming back in through the glass doors you arrive at the dining room area which daisy has said is more or less used for meetings more over than any actual eating. Just off of the dining room is what I would call the cocktail lounge which is outfitted with a bar and plenty of seating to relax and have a drink with your guests. Following the flow of the house you are next lead into the kitchen which is outfitted with sleek white cabinets with a massive island/bar that I’m sure is where most of the eating actually occurs. Just off the kitchen is the home gym and the first two bedrooms of the home located on the main level.

Taking the stairs downward from the kitchen brings you to the basement of the home which is where the massive home theater and wine cellar are. As well as two more bedrooms both with their own private bathrooms.

Making your way back up the stairs from the basement continue up another flight brings you to the 2nd floor of the home. You start off with a small seating area overlooking the main living area. Which then leads to a hallway that leads you to two more bedrooms with on suite bathrooms as well as the master bedroom. In the master bedroom you have a massive walk in closet and view of the backyard space. As well in the master bathroom is a large free standing soaking tub and a separate glass walk in shower. Just off the master bedroom is a roof top deck with a hot tub that over looks the backyard space. And that pretty much wraps up our tour of Daisy Keech’s new 22 million dollar club house.
