Do you ever wonder what it would be like to be neighbors with a celebrity? Or even what it would cost you? Well today guys I’m going to show inside of Kendall Jenner’s Neighbor’s $10 million dollar house.

Kendall Jenner’s Neighbor’s $10 million dollar home rests in a gated community in Beverly Hills, California. For the safety and privacy of Kendall and her family we will not be releasing the address of the home. We also encourage you to respect their privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time. However this $10 million dollar house is actually for sale. So if you have $10 million dollars lying around you could move in and be neighbors with a super model.

The home was listed for sale in January of 2020 for an asking price of about $9,500,000 dollars. The home was initially built in 1990 and ultimately was sold in 1998 for roughly $2,300,000 dollars. Since then it hasn’t seen any new owners in the last 22 years, so now is your chance to scoop it up and be neighbors with Kendall Jenner. But just know that won’t be a cheap thing to do. Outside of the $9.5 million dollar price tag you will be looking at roughly $90,000 dollars a year in property taxes. As well as a monthly HOA fee of $1,300 and on top of that you’re going to want to insure the property and with the ramped fires LA county has seen over the last several years you’re looking at roughly $3,325 per month in home owners insurance. So if you add up all of your monthly costs including a mortgage on the home. You’re looking at about $45,000 a month to own the home or $540,000 annually. So if you want to live with the Hollywood elite you’re going to have to shell out some cash.

The home is set on a 0.75 acre lot of land with a decent sized backyard with a swimming pool. A lot of homes in the hills of LA County don’t have much of a backyard at all so this is quite a premium feature to have for entertaining guests, maybe even entertaining Kendall Jenner! I think one of my favorite parts about the backyard is the outdoor kitchen area with covered seating. I just love the hanging lights and sure could see myself talking with family on a summer night there.

The house is a 7 bedroom and 8 bathroom with 7,728 square feet of living space. Breaking down to about $1,230 dollars per square foot. The home comes with a three car garage which should be enough space to park your collection of super cars to blend in with the Beverly Hills life style. Inside the home you are greeted with a nice open floor plan. I think the goal of this house is have it be free flowing from inside to out, especially considering you’re located in California you will want to soak up as much of that weather as you can. You will notice a lot of Mediterranean villa features in and around the home. In the kitchen you have a dark stained island and off white cabinets lining the outside of the kitchen. The kitchen comes with a massive high end chef style stove and both full size refrigerator and freezer. I would consider this kitchen to be on the smaller size for a $10 million dollar house but it will sure get the job done. Moving to the mainly living area you have a bunch of doors that lead out to the patio and poolside seating. Inside the living area you have a nice white ceiling with dark stained beams. I absolutely love the look of this, the contrast just makes it look so luxurious. Moving to the main entree way of the home there is a nice vaulted ceilings with curved stair case leading to the second floor of the home. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom which almost feels like a large one bedroom apartment. You have your own seating area with fire place as you enter the room then walking around the corner you have the massive walk in closet which has more room for shoes than I have for storage in my kitchen. Then taking a couple more steps around the corner you have the master bathroom which has a beautiful free standing soaking tub and massive walk in shower. I think this is pretty much essential if you’re going to be dropping $10 million dollars on a home. The remaining 6 bedrooms in the home all come with their own on suite bathroom which would be essential for when having guests come to visit.
