Huge L5 Disc Extrusion Enters Anterior Sacral Foramen! Regional Anatomy & Detailed Case Analysis.
Warning: this video is for my spine care professional and student followers and assumes you understand Clinical neuroanatomy and know how to read an MRI.
I've only had three of these cases in my 35 year career and this was the worst. Will quickly discuss the unique anatomy of the lumbosacral region and sacral canal and then dive into this case completely. We'll use Onis 2.5 to go over the MRI images together.
