前几期做了基本戚风蛋糕，今天接下去来做海盐芝士奶盖来覆盖整个蛋糕。这奶盖做法不难，且有暴浆效果。如果浓稠度做的准，淋下去的奶盖够浓稠且有流动性，可以自然滴流到一半看到一半蛋糕，感观更加漂亮。戚风蛋糕口感很湿润，蓬松Q弹，搭配跟咸甜的海盐芝士奶盖，香脆的杏仁片和多汁酸甜的蓝莓，不甜不腻，湿润好吃哦~

Last few episode I’ve made a basic chiffon cake, today I will continue to make sea salt cheese lava to cover the whole cake as toppings. This cheese cover making is not difficult and has bursting lava effect. If the consistency is accurate, pouring down the cheese cover has thick yet fluid consistency, dripping down naturally till half and left half of the cake uncovered, make the cake more beautiful. The chiffon cake tastes very moist, fluffy and bouncy, paired with salty sweet sea salt cheese lava, crunchy almond flakes and juicy sweet sour blueberries, not sweet or greasy, moist and delicious~

100克 动物性淡奶油
3克 柠檬汁
100克 奶油芝士
10克 细纱糖
2克 海盐／山盐
2.5克 香草精
250克　牛奶
2　蛋黄
20克 细纱糖
25克 玉米淀粉

50克 杏仁片 (预热烤箱 180C: 5-7分钟, 上下火，不开旋风，中层烤)

3g Lemon Juice
100g Cream Cheese
10g Castor Sugar
2g Sea Salt/Mountain Salt
2.5g Vanilla Extract
250g Milk

50g Almond Flakes (Preheated Oven 180C: 5-7minutes, Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
