I made in my previous video carrot sourdough bread with carrot pulp. Now, I have again a carrot sourdough bread but with carrot juice.

Ingredients: (75%hydration):
- 756g strong wheat flour (14% proteins)
- 100g wholemeal flour
- 620g fresh carrot juice
- 175g sourdough starter (100% hydration)
- 17g salt

01:43 - Sourdough Starter
02:38 - Salt
03:17 - Divide & Stretch & Fold
04:19 - Lamination
05:49 - Coil fold 1
06:17 - Coil fold 2
06:33 - Coil fold 3
06:49 - Shape
08:16 - Score
11:01 - Bake
12:23 - Cool
12:34 - Cut
