SNP MP creates argument over Westminster giving millions to Scottish towns

SNP MP Alan Brown tries to create a grievance during the Scottish Affairs Committee yesterday, as he argued there was no 'transparency' over £2m that has been given to Kilmarnock by the UK Government.

Despite saying he 'wasn't going to argue against money coming to Kilmarnock', he then started to pick a fight over how the money was given.

An exasperated Douglas Ross tried to intervene, saying 'There is a rational provided, if he doesn't know this...'

Then the convenor, Pete Wishart had to step in and calm things down.
