Unfortunately, most of us are stuck at home with no way to work out. Gyms are closed, and many of us are worried about how to keep our fitness during quarantine. Fortunately, there are many home workouts to build muscle, lose weight, and keep your body toned. If you have resistance bands, you can still get an incredible full body exercise band workout. Resistance band workouts at home will build your strength, cardio, and endurance.
For this workout, you only need one type of resistance band, but it is ideal if you have three types of bands: light, medium, and heavy.
RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT FULL BODY
**These exercises are meant to be done in an AMRAP style.
AMRAP = As Many Reps As Possible.**
(3:08) Band Squat Thrust - 1 minute (Heavy Band)
*Rest 30 seconds
(5:15) Band Row + Deadlift - 1 minute (Heavy)
*Rest 30 seconds
(6:58) Thumbs Up Lateral Raise - 1 minute (Light)
*Rest 30 seconds
(8:36) Biceps Curls - 1 minute (Heavy)
*Rest 30 seconds
(9:36) Overhead Squats - 1 minute (Light/Medium)
