PUMPKIN PANCAKES | HEALTHY COOKING IN UNIVERSITY: EPISODE 1

Since I'm now in my second year at Queen's University, I decided to start a new segment called "Healthy Cooking in University" for anyone who wants to learn easy, healthy and great tasting recipes!! Because it's October, in episode 1 my housemate Katie and I make pumpkin pancakes. This recipe is low in carbs & sugar and is perfect for fall time. It was both mine and Katie's first time trying the recipe... watch the video to find out if we like it!!
