Teen Dance Solo - Katrina's Acro Dance 2014 to Crystallize by Lindsey Stirling

This is Katrina's acro dance solo from 2014. Acro dance is a combination of acrobatic/gymnastic moves and dance moves. The title of this dance is called Ice and it is to an instrumental song with a Cirque du Soleil type feel. The choreographer is Caitlin Wilson of Creative Edge Dance Studio. The name of this song is Crystallize by Lindsey Stirling.

Katrina did really well with this solo all competition season - scoring in the highest bracket (platinum or diamond) each time. She also came in the top 10 many times - placing 3rd in one competition and also received special awards.

Acro is Katrina's favorite type of dance. You can also see other examples of her acro solos - dating back to 7 years of age. Katrina competed as a 14/15 year old - depending on the competition age cut-off rules.
