30 Hour Poolish Pizza Dough

Today we investigate the new poolish option that is available in the pizzapp+ android application. It’s a nice simple easy to do recipe that creates a lovely light non chewy pizza at the end. The poolish pre ferment takes about 5 minutes to make and is very easy to do. The pizza in the end was light and fluffy and really tasty.
