TOTAL BODY WORKOUT:

MOVEMENTS:
1. Lateral Squat Hops into Squats
2. Rotating High Knees into Leg Jacks
3. Squat Shuffles into Lateral Kicks
4. Side Lunges into Single Leg RDLs
5. Plank Tucks into Jacks with Squat Holds
6. Lunges Jumps into Squat Jacks
7. Side Twists into Half Burpees
8. Twisting Star Planks

FORMAT:
-20 Sec ON, 10 Sec Push-Ups, then 10 Sec OFF
-One Set of Exercise 1 through Exercise 8 is one Round
-Repeat for 3-4 Rounds for a complete workout!
