TOTAL BODY WORKOUT:

MOVEMENTS:
1. Squat Jump Reaches into Knee to Elbows
2. Squat Feet Taps into Hops
3. Squats into Hops with Toe Touches
4. Push-Ups into Pike Push-Ups with Mt. Climbers
5. Single Leg RDLs into Knee Drives with Leg Jacks
6. Plank Jacks into Limbo Side Lunges
7. Toe Touches into Side Lunges
8. Pike-Push Ups with Mt. Climbers

FORMAT:
-30 Sec ON, 20 Sec Plank Hold (Active Rest)
-One Set of Exercise 1 through Exercise 8 is one Round
-Repeat for 3-4 Rounds for a complete workout!
