MOVEMENTS:
1. Ankle Reaches
2. Ankle Taps
3. 6 Inch Hold
4. Flutter Kicks
5. Low Plank Hold
6. Plank Push-Ups

FORMAT:
-30 Sec ON, 10 Sec OFF
-One Set of Exercise 1 through Exercise 6 is one Round (3 Minutes of Work)
-Repeat for 3-4 Rounds for a complete workout!
