High Plank Jack Burpees
Squat into Lateral High Knees with Ankle Taps

Twisting Squat Jumps
Squats with Ankle Taps into Front Kicks
FORMAT:
-20 Sec ON, 10 Sec OFF
-One Set of Exercise 1 through Exercise 8 is one Round
