在江西興國，有這麽壹道風味鮮辣料又足的粉蒸肉，肉是魚肉，粉是嗦粉之米粉，本來是叫做粉籠床，後來被賦予了壹個詩意十足的名字：四星望月，因為吃的時候壹般會搭配著四樣小菜。真是壹道非常有料的鄉土菜啊！
In Xinguo, Jiangxi Province, there is a Steamed Fish with Rice Flour dish, made with fish and Jiangxi rice noodles. The old name was Fen Long Chuang, and later it got the poetic new name which kind of stuck -- Four Stars Surrounding the Moon -- as it is usually served with four other side dishes. you have to admit that there is real meat and story in this local dish.
