中國最懂吃的老頭兒,他筆下的美食到底有多迷人!
“人間草木,四方食事,不過是一碗人間煙火。”作家汪曾祺,江蘇高郵人,被稱為中國最會寫吃的老頭兒,雖為文人,卻獨愛美食,他筆下的食物,質樸淡雅,親切平和,讀來滿嘴噙香。今年是汪曾祺先生誕辰100周年,我們邀請了一位汪老的書迷,同時也是精通淮揚菜的老餮,一同前往探訪汪曾祺人文宴,通過他筆下的菜肴來紀念這位可愛的老先生,嘗嘗他的家鄉味道。
“Grass and trees on the earth, and food around the world, all of them are in a bowl of earthly warmth.” Writer Wang Zengqi, born in Gaoyou, Jiangsu, was known as the Chinese man who knew best about food. As a literati, he but loved food. The food in his books is modest and warm, and most importantly, mouth-watering. This is the 100th anniversary of Mr. Wang’s birth, and on this occasion we invited a book fan of Wang, who is also an epicure specializing in Huaiyang cuisine, to have a Wang’s banquet together. In this way we commemorate the adorable old man and have a taste of his hometown.
