“人間草木，四方食事，不過是一碗人間煙火。”作家汪曾祺，江蘇高郵人，被稱為中國最會寫吃的老頭兒，雖為文人，卻獨愛美食，他筆下的食物，質樸淡雅，親切平和，讀來滿嘴噙香。今年是汪曾祺先生誕辰100周年，我們邀請了一位汪老的書迷，同時也是精通淮揚菜的老餮，一同前往探訪汪曾祺人文宴，通過他筆下的菜肴來紀念這位可愛的老先生，嘗嘗他的家鄉味道。
“Grass and trees on the earth, and food around the world, all of them are in a bowl of earthly warmth.” Writer Wang Zengqi, born in Gaoyou, Jiangsu, was known as the Chinese man who knew best about food. As a literati, he but loved food. The food in his books is modest and warm, and most importantly, mouth-watering. This is the 100th anniversary of Mr. Wang’s birth, and on this occasion we invited a book fan of Wang, who is also an epicure specializing in Huaiyang cuisine, to have a Wang’s banquet together. In this way we commemorate the adorable old man and have a taste of his hometown.
