Top 3 Tips for Back Pain #shorts#back#backpain#lowbackpain

In this video and I’ll give you my top three things to do if you just had your back go out or you’ve had back pain for years. We discuss my favorite exercise and give him the connect a standing lumbar extension or lumbar arch. This exercise should be performed 10 times every two hours for about five sessions today and if you don’t see improvement in 3 to 5 days you should stop. If your condition worsens at all you should immediately stop doing this exercise and see a physical therapist. My second tip is to not sit more than 30 minutes at a time even if you’re feeling pain free any position for too long. Many people don’t realize they’re starting to develop some back problems when they’re sitting it’s only a pond going into standing that they realize their re-injuring their back. Last move as much as you can as long as it doesn’t worse in your condition. You can start out with a one minute walk or a two minute walk but eventually want to get to 20-30 minutes a day is a great gentle strengthening exercise in addition to improving and maintaining your endurance.
