Pinter - Undocking the Space Hopper with a foreboding result :-/
So I've just brewed the Space Hopper DIPA for 6 days (as opposed to the recommended 5) and this is just a little undocking but I have to say I'm not filled with confidence that this is going to turn out being a good pint.
