I converting a section of the house ( 2 bedrooms and closets ) into a JADU, which now comprises of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen with its own front entrance, separate from the main house. As I had taken away two bedrooms from the main house, I expanded the most scenic area of the property by constructing a beautiful master bedroom with a breathtaking panoramic mountain view. To preserve the structural integrity of the property, I made sure to design the staircase outside of the existing footprint. and to use the part of the house that have no trusses like the whole house. this kind of addition make the addition and jadu cost affective.
