12 Exercise FULL BODY at Home Workout // No Equipment | Demi Bagby
Happy Sunday!!! Scott Mathison and I present you with a FULL BODY Home Workout that will get you fired up! 🔥 This workout is definitely challenging but there are so many variations you can sub in for the exercises that may be too difficult for you! I have listed a few variations in parentheses next to each of the 12 exercises below. Perform each exercise one after another as a circuit. This workout requires no equipment so grab some space and let’s get it! Comment below what other workouts you wanna see! Drop Knee Squat Jumps (Squat Jumps)
12 reps | 30 sec rest
Push Up Shoulder Taps (1. Pushup on Knees 2. Shoulder Taps No Pushup)
12 reps | 30 sec rest
Twisting Mountain Climbers (Regular Mountain Climbers)
20 reps | 30 sec rest
Touch Down Knee Drive (Jumping Lunges)
10 reps each leg | 30 sec rest
Single Arm Push-Ups (1. Pushups 2. Pushups on Knees)
5 each arm | 30 sec rest
Plank Drops (Low Plank Hold 30 Sec)
10 reps | 30 sec rest
High Knees (You Got This :)
30 reps | 30 sec rest
Superman Push-Up (Hand Release Pushups)
10 reps | 30 sec rest
Kick Throughs (Double Mountain Climber- Bring Both Knees to Chest)
12 reps | 30 sec rest
Jump Tuck Burpees (Burpees)
10 reps | 30 sec rest
Wide Medium Close Push-Ups (Pushups on Knees)
12 rep | 30 sec rest
Plank Walk Outs (High Plank Hold 30 Sec)
8 reps | 30 sec rest
REST 60 SECONDS AND REPEAT 2-3 TIMES!!!!
