Tabata Bodyweight Workout | Sarah Grace Fitness
I'm trying something new for you all! Let me know below what you think. Join me in this 20 minute Tabata body weight Workout. You don't need ANY gym equipment.
Tabata is 20 seconds of work, with 10 seconds of rest, for 4 minutes. Each of these movements your going to do for 4 minutes, rest 1 minute and go to the next movement.
The Movements ARE:
Air Squats
Push-ups
Curtsy Lunge
Plank Knees to opposite elbow
Up/Downs
