Hi all you amazing peeps!!! We FINALLY have a HIIT workout on the channel 🤗Here is a 12 minute follow along HIIT workout that requires no equipment and is perfect for some quick at home training! This session will get your heart pumping and help shed any extra fat! We will be doing 12 exercises one after another for 45 seconds and have a 15 second rest in between! Let’s get ittt !
