Adam Stern Freediving Record | Freediver Breaks Down his 92M National Record Dive

Breaking down my National Record dive from the 2017 Freediving World Championships. Step by step. This dive also won me the bronze medal in Free Immersion for the World Champs and I decided that I would go through the dive with you explaining each moment of it, what i'm doing and what's going on in my head in a play by play fashion.

Freediving for me has never been about chasing depth as much as it has been about enjoying my deep dives and this was one of the most pleasant dives of my life. It felt super easy and nice! I don't typically train Free Immersion dives and so I was genuinely shocked when I won the bronze medal for the category.
