PB Dive 106 Metres!!! BUT it was NOT a Good Dive: Adventures on One Breath #11

Training for the Freediving World Championships has been going very well. I had a PB dive! my deepest dive ever- a personal freediving record for me. 106 metres, but it wasn't a clean dive and I was very close to blacking out on the surface.

The competition is right around the corner and most of the world's best freedivers are now in Roatan. Every athlete has their own approach, their on style to their freediving but in the end the goal is the same. To dive as deep as possible on one breath.

In this video you'll see my PB dive and the week leading up to it, the fun diving we have been doing around Roatan's reefs and life in general as we prepare for the freediving world championships. A huge part of my own preparation is to rest accordingly. I always find the best way to unwind is to just have as much fun as possible. Hope you enjoy the video!!!
