I’ll admit that surf yoga is something I really need to to work into my daily routine - whenever I’ve done yoga for surfing over a prolonged period of time I’ve felt the positive effects in my surf sessions.

Stronger core, less aches, increased flexibility and drive…yoga for surfing is something anyone who loves surf should get into!

Unfortunately I also SUCK at surf yoga, so I roped in my good friend Echo - yoga teacher AND surfer - to put together these simply yoga for surfing poses that ANYONE can do.
