Simplified Nutrition Structure to Live Lean | LiveLeanTV

This is a simplified view of the kinds of meals and structure around your eating habits that are best to Live Lean. Not counting calories or macros, just focusing on your long-term success and creating easy enjoyable habits you can stick with, now and for decades to come.
The 2 most important things: 1) Learning to make healthy food taste delicious and crave-worthy so you actually look forward to eating it and are able to stay with it Long term. 2) Training your consistency around meal types that you can easily repeat, that don't require complex recipes, and satisfy your nutrition requirements and appetite.
Here's the way we do it and have been for many years:
- Start the day with a PFF plate (egg scramble with added protein and fruit or veg for fiber)
- Mid-day Big Ass Salad (grab fresh ingredients & leftover protein out of your fridge and throw it all in a big bowl, season with oil & vinegar & spices)
- Finish the day with a simple dinner containing protein and veggies (a stir fry or a basic 3-items plate with a balance of the necessary components)
- We also occasionally add a snack, include a daily post-workout shake, and sometimes a lil treat like chocolate or a cookie, but mainly focus on the MAJORITY of what and how we're eating and enjoy some treats and lil extras.
It's time to start fueling your body with MOSTLY real, nutritious food and keep it simpler.
