The second and final Tokyo 1989 show is quite a rough and eventful ride. Although everybody is still in great shape, technical issues pop up now and again, especially for Bono, as his mic cuts out occasionally at random points in the show, most notably in I Will Follow and Bad, which is a real shame for the latter as it happens during the vocal improv. This show still has fantastic stuff inbetween these technical issues too, such as an unforgettable rendition of All I Want is You, and one of the best versions of Desire on the tour. Help! Also makes a unique appearance, as it replaces the acapella outro at the end of One Tree Hill. "40" is sadly incomplete, as the tape cuts off a few minutes into the song. Like the first night, this is another essential capture of the magic of the Lovetown Tour.
