Sausage Puffs ~ Appetizer

Great appetizer or snack!

Ingredients:
1lb ground pork (you can use ground turkey if you like)
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 egg
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
2 TBS of fresh chopped parsley
1 package of frozen puff pastry thawed….I used Petridge Farm brand

Egg wash
1 egg with a tablespoons of water beaten

Combine pork, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, egg and breadcrumbs until well combined. Cut puff pastry into thirds and spread meat mix down the strips. Seal one side and cut about 2 inches apart. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with a non stick spray. Brush with egg wash. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes or until they’re nice a golden, like in the video.
Serve and Enjoy! ♥

Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freeze them until needed. Reheat in the microwave or in a warm oven.
