Zucchini Balls

An all veggie "meatball" that's all kinds of delicious!

Ingredients:
2 unpeeled zucchini shredded
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup of grated Pecorino Romano cheese
3 tbs of fresh chopped parsley
