Chocolate Raspberry Tart
A very decadent dessert and can also be made with blueberries or strawberries.

Recipe -
For the crust
30 oreo cookies crushed
6 TBS butter
2 pints of raspberries
For the ganache:
1LB of good bittersweet chocolate
2 cups of heavy cream
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/8 tsp of salt
Crush the ores and after they’re crushed add the butter and mix until well incorporated. Place the entire mixture into tart pan and press it along the bottom and up the sides of the pan. put in the refrigerator to set for about an hour.
Cut raspberries in half and place as many as you want on the bottom of the tart pan.
To prepare the ganache place the heavy cream in a pan over medium heat, add the powdered sugar and salt and heat until it bubbles slightly bit do not let boil.
Pour the very hot cream over your chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes before you stir. Then stir until it’s dark and shiny. Pour over your raspberries in your tart pan and let set for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Serve and Enjoy ♥
