Coconut Madeleines

Great cookies for any occasion! They're so pretty and delicious.

Ingredients:
1 Stick (1/2 cup) melted butter cooled
3 eggs room temperature
2/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
1/3 cup of sweetened shredded coconut
