In today’s video you you learn a unique & challenging core workout inspired by Bruce Lee.

Bruce Lee is well known for his impressive, almost super-human bodyweight feats. He's also known for his incredible core strength and exercises.

You will be performing 2 of his legendary core exercises today with the L-Sit and Dragon Flag.

Mike Zhang (Former North American Muay Thai Champion) joins us on the channel to share with us this Bruce Lee Inspired core workout.

These are some of his personal favorites for developing insane core strength and defining your entire abdominals.

Now this is a more advanced core workout and will be a challenge for most of us (myself included!)

Feel free to use the modifications and take breaks when needed.
