Amazing one arm handstand is performed by Jonathan Ferland-Valois

While at the North American Parkour Championships in Vancouver @Parkour Origins gym I met Jonathan Ferland-Valois. We trained on flips, parkour, and some hand balancing. He is an amazing athlete and very humble as well. At the end of the day he was showing us different techniques and exercises to develop our handstands.

This is a clip I snagged of Jonathan messing around with his one arm handstand. His control and strength is soo impressive. He demonstrates some of the talent you can find if you visit Canada.
