This is the first workout for the Get Fit Challenge! The workouts for this challenge our going to mainly consist of body weight exercises performed in a circuit. This raises the intensity and allows you to burn more in a shorter amount of time.

These workouts are fun, fast, and furious. We will only be putting out 3 each week, so if your really trying to cut down a lot, I'd recommend adding some other workouts and exercises in between such as a discipline or sport. These are the workouts my brother and I add on top or in between our Parkour and Kung Fu training. So feel free to add onto these workouts or repeat them as you see fit.
