Free the neck and head the Feldenkrais Way!
This is another great lesson for golfers, racket sport players and swimmers. It explores the ability to move the head and eyes freely on the spine through progressively more challenging twists. You will probably feel a lot taller after the lesson!
It is based on AY 110 'On the back, twisting the spine with the head fixed.
