Free the head and neck - Advanced Version - the Feldenkrais Way!
Another great lesson to work on the mobility of the spine and neck. Perfect for golfers, racket sport players, swimmers and cyclists.
It is based on AY 200 'Twisting the spine by sinking the lower legs'.

Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days.
