Carrot Cake: When all the stuff you stocked up on Musgo!

If you’re like me, you’ve stocked up on a lot of stuff that now is getting ready to go bad. I cleaned out my fridge and pantry, and I found that the ingredients I had added up to carrot cake. That sounded good. So I found this lovely recipe, which is a classic from the King Arthur Flour recipe website.
