// Ingredients - Pandan Cake
200g Butter
240g Sugar
1tsp Vanilla Essence
3 Eggs (large)
320g Cake flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
115g Kara coconut cream
50ml Water
45ml Full cream milk
1/2tsp Pandan paste
1tbsp Fresh Pandan Juice (see below for recipe)
* add green colour as you wish if you want a darker green

200g Egg whites
160g Castor sugar
400g Cold butter
1tbsp Gula Melaka syrup

// Ingredients - Gula Melaka Caramel Topping
200g Gula Melaka
60ml Water
2 Pandan Leave
45g butter
60ml thick coconut milk
1tsp salt

// Ingredients - Gula Melaka Syrup
200g Gula Melaka (Palm Sugar)
180g Water
1 pandan leave
(Boil all and cool before use)

// Ingredients (Pandan Juice)
12 pandan leaves (cut into small pieces)
1tbsp water
- pound pandan leaves, add water then extract the juice
