Preheat oven at 190°C for about 10-15 mins 
 
(Best to use top & bottom heat with fan as the heat will be more even.  See baking temp and time in the video.
If you bake without fan, the temperature I use is 200°C and for 9-11 mins.) 

Yield : about 24 - 25 pcs

Pan size 12 cavity : Each madeleine measures (H 7.5cm x W 5ccm 

\\Ingredients

3          eggs
150g     plain flour
1/8tsp   salt
1tsp      baking powder
1 1/2tsp  orange zest
1tsp       orange juice
140g     melted butter
1tsp      vanilla essence
12g       cocoa powder
2tsp      red colour paste
140g     castor sugar
             Nutella (for fillings)
