Light Fruit Cake Christmas Edition | Kek Buah Mudah Dan Sedap | Rahiza Dorah (prod.RflorBeatz)

This light fruit cake is very easy to make and if you are a fruit cake fan, you will definitely like this cake. It is delicious and sweet enough without the orange glaze but the glaze is for my Christmas cake edition and I love the slight sourness added to the sweetness of the cake. Try make this for your guests and impress them this Christmas 🥰😘

Preheat oven at 160°C for about 10-15 mins (top/bottom heat with fan)

Yield : 2 loaf pan

\\ Ingredients
 
230g     butter
190g     castor sugar
4           eggs (grade B)
290g     plain flour
5g       baking powder
18g   milk powder
120ml   tap water
450g mixed fruits
90g mixed glazed cherries
1tsp       vanilla essence  
 
*keep the cake to age at least 1 day wrapped in room temperature for better taste. I cut mine immediately for this video because I didn't want to wait 😓
