THE SOAPBOX- Home Exercise Variation 4- GO BIG OR GO PRONE!
This week for your home exercise ideas I give you a sequence of some ways to train your core in PRONE (face down/ plank-type positions). Remember it's great to throw in some variety to your home training regime. Don't forget to switch up training your core in different relationships to gravity! Supine, side stability and now PRONE!!
You're already "home" so.... GO BIG OR GO PRONE!!!
