How to stregthen your Lower Transverse Abdominis

So that we can move efficiently and protect your spine from injury our core needs to be in good working order. Now days most people are starting to understand the importance of core strengthening, which is great but one area of the core that doesn't get much attention is the lower fibers of the TVA.
