This baked rigatoni pasta (pasta al forno) with beef and pork meat sauce is the ultimate comfort food dish! In this 2nd episode of the meat sauce series, rigatoni is combined with mozzarella, Pecorino Romano cheese, and the hearty meat ragu that we made in the previous episode. BAKED PASTA WITH MEAT SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
-1 pound ground beef
-1 pound ground pork
-(3) 28 ounce can plum tomatoes
-1 6 ounce can tomato paste
-1 medium onion
-2 cloves garlic
-1/2 cup dry white wine
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1 pound rigatoni
-1 pound mozzarella
-3/4 cup pecorino
