Dairy-Free Ice Cream: Banana Mango & Pistachio

Here is an easy and yummy, dairy-free, banana mango and pistachio ice cream recipe that we came up with at home. You can feel better about indulging on this ice cream! :) Enjoy!
-----------------------------------------INGREDIENTS-----------------------------------------
* 1 mango (or 2 if they are small)
* 2 bananas
* 1 cup of coconut cream
* 2 tablespoons of sugar (regular or coconut sugar -- your preference)

-----------------------------------------INSTRUCTIONS-----------------------------------------
1. BEFOREHAND:
---Shell pistachios and chop finely (or chop at your preference).
---Peel and dice one mango (ours was a pretty big mango, if yours are small, use two).

2. BLEND:
---Blend mango(s), 2 bananas, coconut cream and sugar until smooth.
---Then add half of the pistachios into the blender and pulse 2-3 times.

3. POUR:
---Pour into any container(s) of your choice.
---Sprinkle the rest of the pistachios on top for a "crunchy topping".

4. FREEZE:
---Place in fridge until cold and creamy OR freeze until it hardens.
---ENJOY!!! :)

***You can also use frozen mangoes and bananas if you want to serve immediately after blending.***
