Part 1 Chapter 6 Summary

Hey guys, here's chapter 6! Here's the notes too:
Chapter 6
The chapter starts writing in the diary about a flash back to three years ago. The chapter switches between this memory and memories of his marriage
The memory was about a prostitute, it was frowned upon, but not illegal, nothing is illegal
Marriages were approved by committee for the purpose of making children, couples who seemed they were in love were not paired.
His wife, Katherine, was a party stooge
She called intercourse their “duty to the party”
He thought the prostitute was young, but she turned out to be at least fifty without teeth, and he did it anyway
